Stillness is the zero point of consciousness. It is communion with Source. It is the meeting of the macro and the micro of reality. This is also the place of the heart which is the meeting place of Heaven and Earth. It is our spiritual Home, the resting place for consciousness. Stillness, or deep serenity, is a heavenly state of being.
We learn how to cultivate Stillness through meditative practices.
Being within stillness can guide us beyond the false programming of our modern society, attuning us with something far more vast, beautiful, and sacred. Over time a meditative practice can resolve inner turmoil, bring a deeper order to our lives, and illumine true reality within a sound, sane, free mind.
There is a term in Buddhism called the ‘natural mind’. This natural state of mind abides in the present and is free of excessive thinking. Living in nature or a meditative practice cultivates the natural mind.
Reintegrating back into society from the wilderness was shocking for me. I soon found meditative and martial arts lineages which provided a sane refuge for the extreme transition. I thrived in traditional training environments for many years. More specifically Aikido, Zazen, and the Crazy Wisdom Lineage of Tibet. It is from a well-seasoned immersion in these wisdom traditions that these meditative practices and principles are offered.
We also embrace scriptural teachings throughout these Programs. Here we meet common, universal truths that span time, cultures, and continents.
Beginning levels to more seasoned practitioners are welcome.

How can anyone be so confident or sure of these evolutionary changes? How reliable can near death experiences really be? *
Seeking answers, I came to discover the following more reliable sources offering similar reflections to the NDEs:
Astrophysicists call the *galactic wave, the *Galactic Current Sheet’. This massive cosmic wave is moving toward our Earth, causing radical changes to our Sun, radical changes with all the planets, along with extreme changes with the magnetics and frequencies of our Earth. Some scientists recognize these cosmic events to be cyclical, occurring every 12-13,000 years. We have ample scientific evidence that we are indeed entering an epic, cataclysmic, Earth changing transition. It is truly a cosmic level event while indicating a most significant evolutionary shift for humanity.
According to Indigenous Prophecies worldwide, we are now in the time of the ‘Great Purification’. We are nearing the end of the ‘4th World’ and the beginning of the ‘5th World’.
Ancient scripture, (the Dead Sea Scrolls), reminds us that the sons and daughters of light overcome the sons and daughters of darkness and humanity is ultimately victorious. This victory is assured with divine intervention.
The Book of Enoch clearly confirms we are the generation, now, when divine intervention arrives to help us overcome.
Many who speak of near death experiences are reminding our human brothers and sisters that what we have to look forward to is good and beautiful, meaningful and loving. We do not die, we transition.
In other words, friends, it is time for us to step into mastery, complete our mission, and prepare our souls for the great leap.
