Recommended length of sessions:
Two to three brief, (5-10 minute sessions) per week is sufficient to deliver excellent results.
Your pacing and regularity of sessions will depend on your ability to integrate rapid healing. Increased water intake, increased mineral intake, and a natural diet will support the energy sessions and minimize detox that often accompanies the accelerated healing benefits.
I also offer 45 minute sessions which include two 10 minute sessions of plasma with a 30 minute healing body work while the generator is cooling between the 10 minute sessions. Only 5 minutes of plasma is necessary per session for the full benefits of the plasma. Nevertheless, I offer 4X what is minimally required.
Marta’s unique healing touch:
I was trained and licensed in 1980 as a massage therapist in California. My practice merged with my nursing career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, utilizing body work for women enduring labor pain. Then I adapted a healing touch to those in the dying process as a Hospice Nurse. Together with a well-seasoned meditative practice, this also deepened my ability to tune into various levels of where the body/consciousness complex is calling for attention.
When a client comes into my healing space, they are met with a clean, tranquil, healing milieu. Each client becomes my guide as I am listening to what is spoken and unspoken. I am following what is being asked for. In other words, no one is fitting into ‘my’ program, rather, I am adapting to each person’s particular needs.
